In this role, you will contact potential business-to-business (B2B) clients, engaging with them through various channels to nurture them into leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will make 200-300 calls per week and send emails through our CRM system.
At Custom Fabricating & Supplies, our goal for this position is to generate sales leads and create growth opportunities for the Customer Service Assistant. Success in this role will lead to opportunities for advancement, potentially into a Customer Service Representative position as our team expands.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted B2B cold calling/email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Refine strategies based on feedback and results.
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using our CRM system.
- Communicate necessary information to the Sales team for continued lead nurturing.
- Document and track calls and results in our CRM system and engage in timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to address questions or concerns.
- Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
- Maintain a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Cold calling experience, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM experience, preferred.
