The Role:
As the Regional Vice President, you'll play a crucial role in steering the success of 10-15 communities within your territory. Your mission will be to ensure that both operational and financial objectives are met and exceeded. Here's what you'll be tasked with:
Spearheading efforts to achieve and surpass operational and financial targets.
Fostering an environment of awareness and proactive decision-making to boost community and regional performance.
Developing and overseeing budgetary plans for each community, aligning with broader financial goals.
Collaborating with key departments to safeguard the interests of stakeholders.
Guiding and mentoring your team, emphasizing the importance of customer service, effective leasing strategies, and comprehensive property management.
Leading marketing initiatives tailored to specific community needs, driving occupancy and financial performance.
Maintaining open and consistent communication with senior management and your team to ensure alignment and address any challenges proactively.
Overseeing and inspiring your team, providing direction and feedback to encourage growth and excellence.
Travel:
This role requires travel to various communities, meetings, and events as needed to ensure operational excellence and team support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
8-10 years of experience in the multi-family industry.
6-8 years of experience managing a portfolio.
Proficiency in MS Office suite; RealPage experience is a plus.
