Disney Advertising Sales is responsible for advertising sales for the Company’s entertainment, sports, news and kids linear and digital and radio business.Global Ad Operations leads the operational function for the Disney Ad Sales team. The Addressable Pricing & Planning team focuses on the functions of media planning and go to market pricing across ESPN, ABC, FreeForm, Disney, FX, NatGeo and Hulu.We are committed to providing a high level of client service to our internal and external clients. Job Summary:
The Associate Paid Media Manager is responsible for supporting the Social Pricing & Activation team in a variety of pre and post-sale activities. This person is highly organized with an exceptional sense of accountability. Candidate should be a creative, detail oriented, multi-tasker, effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Partner with Paid Media Managers on post-sale support including campaign set up via Meta Ads Manager (creative execution for dark posts as well as boosting organic posts), Snap Ads Manager, and DV360. Track internal working budgets, lead all optimization efforts and recommend necessary program modifications.
- Build client-facing campaign reports, including KPI metrics, post level analysis, and overall campaign narrative. Manage social insights via 3rd Party Vendors as well as support tagging new posts in reporting tools for tracking. Responsible for quarterly organic Disney brand reach reviews that impact flat fee go to market pricing.
- Lead social platform operational workflows for executing programs when not utilizing Ads Manager tools (e.g. Snapchat inventory bookings, X Pipeline Tracking, etc.)
- Responsible for all monthly advertiser social billing, social platform invoice payments and social revenue confirmations.
- Communicate and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Ad Solutions, Brand Solutions, AEs, Planners and Account Managers to achieve common goals
- Liason with Ad Solutions on new product and/or platform beta testing to investigate potential to monetize new advertising features.
- Takes on special projects as assigned (DAS Social Benchmarking, Social Product Catalog, etc.)
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
- 2+ years experience in social media and marketing, specifically with paid media
- Working knowledge of social platform tools including Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Snapchat Ads Manager and X.
- Understanding of social media analysis and performance tracking
- Polished in presentation and communication
- Knowledge in marketing and advertising with understanding of digital media business
- Analytics and sales and/or agency background is a plus
- BA or BS preferred

The hiring range for this position in New York is $71,500 to $98,200 per year and in Santa Monica, CA the hiring range is $70,000 - $93,800. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
