Associate Attorney
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annually

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in civil litigation or workers' compensation defense. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding research and writing skills, experience in taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should hold a strong academic background from accredited schools and must be licensed to practice in California.

Paralegal
Salary: $16.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct file analysis, develop action plans, and provide litigation updates
Draft correspondence to parties
Prepare civil discovery responses, trial exhibits, and trial submissions
Summarize medical or other records and depositions
Manage mail and email correspondence

Required Experience:
Candidates must have at least four years of experience working as a paralegal in a reputable firm. Strong skills with Microsoft Word, EAMS E-Filing, and knowledge of QME/AME practices are essential.
