Role Summary:
The IT, Data, Innovation Manager plays a key role in driving and managing innovative IT, Data and Smart City projects and initiatives within the organization. Working closely with the Senior Director of Development, this role involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, and implementing IT, Data and Smart City strategies to enhance the organization's competitive position through innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- * Build and maintain relationships with external partners, startups, and industry experts to leverage external innovation opportunities
- Manage implementation of CMMS and other software initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and synergies.
Strategic Planning:
- * Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's innovation strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall business goals.
Project Leadership:
- * Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and departments.
Team Management:
- * Supervise and mentor an innovation start-up team, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Develop and nurture a culture of innovation within the organization.
Technology and Market Research:
- * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Resource Allocation:
* * Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize the use of available resources for innovation projects.
Performance Measurement:
- * Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Regularly report on the progress of innovation projects to senior leadership.
