Job description
Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a prominent business management firm specializing in providing high quality financial services to a diverse clientele, including music business clients.
This is a contract-to-hire position and is fully on-site.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll process.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Responsible for day-to-day management of client matters, supervision and training staff, management of special projects, general ledger review, budget preparation and analysis
Qualifications: - A college degree is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 5 years business management experience as an Account Manager/Manager or equivalent is required.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts processing.
- Proficiency in Datafaction, Datafaction Imaging, Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- Experience in the entertainment business management industry a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle all processes within the Datafaction system including Division and Accrual accounting with little or no direct supervision.
