Job description
Our team is looking for a talented, motivated and creative Activities Director to join our team! You will lead the activities programming to promote the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills. They should possesses such attributes as flexibility, patience and creativity.
The Activities Director is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our residents, their family members, community vendors and staff. They will foster resident participation in daily activities by teaching, motivating and implementing a wide range of program offerings. This position is a supervisory role and is charged with the mentoring and developing of team members to achieve both individual and team objectives and success.
