Job description
AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking a Direct Marketing Customer Segment Acquisition ! The Customer Segment Acquisition will be responsible for developing targeted marketing strategies for specific customer segments within our direct mail and digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, customer behavior, and effective marketing techniques to drive engagement, retention, and overall business growth.
Segment Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer segment insights to identify key demographics, preferences, and behaviors for focus.
- Apply data-driven insights to understand customer needs, difficulties, and opportunities within each segment.
- Partner with corporate strategy team on ongoing customer segmentation work to advise deeper insights.
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for target customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Partner with the direct marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct mail and digital initiatives, to optimally reach and engage the target customer segments.
- Apply marketing automation tools to analyze campaign results and optimize campaign performance.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish critical metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives at the customer segment level.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborator Management:
- Collaborate with product teams, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of segment marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Effectively communicate segment-specific insights and recommendations to collaborators.
- Conduct regular reviews with key partners to educate them on key segment insights and priorities to ensure alignment and support for segment initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in relevant marketing roles.
- Insurance marketing experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Experience with direct mail and digital marketing channels.
