Short Description

IGT is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our iLottery and Lottery marketing teams! This position is primarily responsible for developing the iLottery marketing plan that is aligned with iLottery product goals. Projects include the development of industry-leading campaigns and managing the planning, execution and tracking of marketing communication programs developed to achieve iLottery business goals. This position will manage the execution of all iLottery marketing initiatives for promoting iLottery products and services, tradeshows and conferences and will be responsible for the iLottery visitor experience on IGT .com, the Lottery Blog, and the iLottery communications plan.

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Lottery Product Marketing, our successful candidate will be a proactive team member, who consistently seeks out the latest information relevant to iLottery for our global customers. This person will look for ways to increase engagement with our customers and potential customers. They will need to quickly gain command of IGT’s brand strategy, how iLottery and Lottery products are marketed – including differentiators, personality, tone – to leverage all available communication tools including email, social and digital media channels to achieve IGT’s marketing and sales goals. The position requires a person who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

+ Exhibit creative and innovative thinking, ability to craft and publish engaging, original, and high-quality content within tight deadlines.

+ Display impeccable communication, creative writing, and organizational skills.

+ Work effectively on teams, collaborating on campaigns with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, establishing relationships with internal partners.

+ Show experience across marketing communication tactics including digital asset development and management, 1:1 communication, social media platforms and success metrics/evaluation.

+ Have a solid understanding of product functionality as it relates to iLottery business segment.

+ Adhere to IGT’s Marketing Code of Conduct and Responsible Gaming standards.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

+ Develop and deliver comprehensive iLottery marketing communications strategy inclusive of brand-enhancing campaigns and programs to achieve specific iLottery business objectives, including support for new products, success stories, and thought leadership initiatives.

+ Negotiate and manage iLottery marketing collateral & media, collaborating with product strategists and external vendors to establish plans to achieve objectives across multiple channels.

+ Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive iLottery marketing strategy, focused on key product priorities. Determine the appropriate content and channels to maximize distribution and reach. This includes leading overall marketing calendar planning, inclusive of email and social media strategy and content calendar, in coordination with other Lottery Marketing Specialists.

+ Lead and coordinate alignment with overall brand and marketing initiatives, working with other divisions that share IGT’s social space, to ensure alignment and best practices.

+ Report metrics and KPIs for all marketing tactics – regularly reviewing engagement and ROI for all platforms.

+ Research, explore and recommend expanded digital presence for iLottery through paid and earned media partners/opportunities.

+ Manage B2B email campaigns, including content creation, management of customer contacts, and analytics.

+ Collaborate with corporate communications to leverage media to support iLottery initiatives, awards, and other news.

+ Educate internal teams on key findings and industry trends, latest competitor information, and how these may apply toward current and future campaigns for iLottery.

+ Manage creation of assets used for updates to IGT Lottery Blog and iLottery showcase, including curating all required assets for the creative services team, opening project requisitions, updating project status, and responsible for approval process to project completion. This creative process is applicable to all iLottery projects (e.g., social channel graphics, website banners, etc.)

+ Collaborate with iLottery and Lottery product & marketing teams to support and manage execution of iLottery areas at conferences and tradeshows, including booth planning, demonstration videos, websites, presentations, collateral, meeting room art, etc.

Qualifications

+ Minimum of 12 years Business-to-Business marketing experience preferred, within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Experience managing social media campaigns (LinkedIn)

+ Demonstrated ability of developing and implementing social strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

+ Clear, concise writing skills, both technical and creative for numerous audiences

+ Understanding of the creative process

+ Exceptional project management and task orientation, ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple deadlines and determined follow-up skills

+ Experience utilizing project management tools such as Wrike, or similar

+ Ability to interact and collaborate with colleagues from all levels of the organization

+ Strong strategic planning, analytic and research skills to identify needs, opportunities, and solutions

+ Ability to function independently, which includes prioritizing and organizing work

+ Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

+ Knowledge of the lottery industry

+ Knowledge of iLottery gaming

+ Team attitude
