Job Summary

Under the direction and supervision of Associate Director of Advancement Services, the Gift Processor will process gifts tendered by check, cash, credit card, stock, and EFT donations to the CSULB 49er Foundation. The incumbent will serve as a point of contact for division's gift agreement intake form, facilitating communication, coordination, and training. In addition, they will coordinate gift acknowledgments, archive department documentation, process gifts of property and provide administrative support to department.

Exhibits proficiency in ten-key by touch, advanced typing skills, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). Demonstrates a strong detail orientation, welcomes constructive criticism, prioritizes customer service, and consistently interacts positively with others. Engages in professional and tactful interactions with diverse individuals, fostering positive relationships and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Ability to effectively handle a range of interpersonal contacts, including those at a higher level and those sensitive in nature.

Compensation

Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.

Hiring Range: $3,680 - $4,167 per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,680 - $5,783 per month.

Time Base

1.0 time-base, 40 hours per week.

Duration of Appointment

This is a temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
