Sr. Tax Manager Benefits:
- Salary $200K-$230K

Sr. Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide honest and timely coaching feedback to staff members regarding performance and career development. Such feedback can be in the form of formal evaluations, informal evaluations, and mentoring.
- Informs partners of progress on engagements on a continuous basis. Identifies technical issues and brings recommended solutions to partner’s attention for timely action.
- Exhibit the ability to manage overall client relationships through establishing high-level owner/key employee relationships within the client organization. All of your clients should look to you as their primary service provider and have confidence in your professional competence.
Sr. Tax Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of public accounting leadership experience
- CPA required
- QuickBooks and ProSystems experience (or similar accounting/tax software equivalent)
- Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA with occasional travel to client locations
