Adecco is hiring for Nurse Practitioner in Onondaga County, New York. These are IC positions and allow you to have a part time schedule. Please see below qualifications!
The anticipated wage for this position is between $80 to $90. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- NY State Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Training in Internal Medicine, Adult Health, Community Health, Family Practice
- Work experience with the adult/geriatric populations; home care experience, experience working with individuals with physical or developmental disabilities
- Computer literacy: ability to navigate new and emerging technology; ability to perform telehealth assessment; highly developed written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a stressful and changing environment; and proven ability to work with community groups
- Knowledge of long-term care services and programs
- Possible travel throughout the assigned region, as assigned, including travel to individuals' homes

Responsibilities
- The incumbent will review the completed Community Health Assessment tool in the NYS Uniform Assessment, to assist the Physician in the completion of a Physicians order
- The incumbent may follow up with individuals who have received an assessment through face-to-face communications
- Responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on consumer assessments for long term care services and supports
- Assess cases presented and utilizes clinical competencies to review and validate assessment outcomes
- Work collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in care
- Provide clinical and educational assistance to support project initiatives
- Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret age-specific responses

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
