Job description
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Weapons Systems Analyst at the senior level to support our Armament Sustainment Division in t he Reliability Asset Monitoring (RAM). The Reliability Asset Monitoring (RAM) system provides Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) support to Robins AF Base, Hill AF Base, and Eglin AF Base the means for assessing present performance levels as well as predicting future reliability standards for current AF missile and Precision Guided Munitions (PGM) All-Up-Round (AUR) assets, unassembled components, and subcomponents, as well as specific Navy assets. The RAM system receives and maintains, based upon each missile/munitions program offices' needs, the as built data of each asset, the field level activity data (including TCTO compliances, reconfigurations, flight hours, testing data, and location change (shipment and receipt) data and the depot repair data.
The Weapons Systems Analyst shall apply knowledge and familiarity of the missile maintenance data collection methods of operation, along with standard best practices for data and configuration management.
- Familiar with programming languages such as Visual Basic, .NET, Active Server Pages (ASP), JAVA, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Structured Query Language (SQL). The Contractor may be required to obtain appropriate certification for specified users requiring network administrator accounts.
- Advise and support work that involves complex data management/analysis; problem analysis; systems analysis; user support and applications software documentation; evaluation of data and its sources; optimizing data quality and automation; and developing, maintaining, and analyzing system applications database/software.
- Maintain database records, identify missile/weapon system performance trends and present information to customers at all levels.
- Apply experience in software/application management.
- Conduct programming and configuration management of missile maintenance data.
- The Contractor shall be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining reports that are efficient and compliant with maximized data accuracy and communicating with program offices, field units and other Major Commands (MAJCOM).
- Maintain and support the RAM/TMRS website, which includes creation of pages, loading static reports, creating/updating the web database and creating/maintaining the interactive web reports.
- Minimum of an active Secret security clearance required.
- One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met: Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD. BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
- 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
- Willingness to travel if required.
