Main Responsibilities of a Pizza Cook:

• Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
• Cooking and arranging food.

Cook Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative cook to join our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. As a cook at PGH PizzaCo., you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, follow instructions, and delight our customers with delicious food from our menu. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for cooking will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook.
• Must Pass Federal Background Check to work at the Airport
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
