Job description

This job involves receiving, storing, and distributing products manufactured by the company. The qualifications for this position are a high school diploma or GED equivalent, good organizational and communication skills, ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products, willingness to work weekends and varying shifts, and ability to accurately record data. A valid forklift certification is helpful.

Responsibilities include manual or vehicular transfer of finished products, loading/unloading, stacking, moving items, sorting, bundling, filling containers, marking and labeling product loads, recording movement of stock, and monitoring materials, products, and equipment.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 60 lbs., pull over 100 lbs., frequent lifting, reaching, pulling, stooping, standing or walking constantly during shifts. Must be ok with working in a cold, damp environment.
