Position Summary/Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Finance, and for the operations of the Financial Affairs Office. The position acts as the School Access Request Coordinator and Time Trex Administrator, communicates public announcements on behalf of the Financial Affairs Office regarding State, University and School financial policies and procedures to various internal and external audiences, manages team schedules and meeting arrangements, sending meeting notes/follow-ups, oversees office budget and expenditures, assists with accounting function, serves as backup financial and HR approver, and provides guidance and support for various projects and reporting responsibilities as needed. This position is the point of contact for the Assistant Dean of Finance and must always represent the School's interest.

This position should be able to perform a variety of business, fiscal, and administrative functions to address the business needs of Financial Affairs department. This position should operate independently, with great attention to accuracy and detail in all matters of the Office of Financial Affairs and the School.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
