Job description

  1. At least 3 years of working experience in western restaurant management, proficient English, able to communicate with foreign customers.
  2. Hospitality management or English related majors are preferred. 1. Fully responsible for all restaurant related operation and management.
  1. Perform and build company’s various marketing strategies.
  2. Responsible for achieving the restaurant’s operating income and profit targets.
  3. Oversee and control the cost of food & beverages and general labor.
  4. Perform Profit & Loss statement and restaurant projections.
  5. Properly handle customer complaints, continuously improve, and enhance the quality of service.
  6. Respond to all customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Implement the company’s various rules and regulations and improve the various service processes of the restaurant.
  8. Supervise the sanitation and cleanliness of inside and outside the restaurant, the health and safety of food, and cooperate with the property to ensure fire prevention and anti-theft safety Work.
  9. Recruit new employees, formulate training plans for new employees, and arrange regular training for existing employees.
  10. Perform restaurant staff scheduling, attendance, overtime, etc., and summarize daily turnover reports.
  11. Arrange employees to communicate and record daily meetings, and continuously improve service quality and processes based on employee feedback.
