Hospitality Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities● Providing check-in, check-out, and daily lodging support during events.
● Provide assistance before, during, and after meal periods in the dining hall.
● Monitor areas in guest view for cleanliness and functionality and take appropriate action, where needed.
● Assist our housekeeping staff by ensuring immediate cleanliness issues in our lodging facilities are addressed in a timely fashion.
● Provide support during special events and conferences, as required or needed.
● Be available for at least one after hours on-call shift per week
● Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
● Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training● 18 years of age or older
● General computer knowledge and operation
● Must be a team player.
● Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
● Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
Performance Results● Shows appreciation to coworkers in written and verbal form
● Actively engages with team
● Suggests 1 improvement for the department
Physical Requirements● Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
