Job description

When one of our customers decides to have us perform maintenance on their equipment for a specific period of time , they sign documents with us outlining the services we will provide to them. The Customer Support Agreement Coordinator (CSA Coordinator for short) will make sure those documents are maintained within the system so that we can provide the best possible customer service experience.  

What You Will Do in This Role:  

• Upkeep all of the customer support and prev entative maintenance agreements  
• Open and maintain the work orders to make sure the maintenance the customer signed up for gets done  
• Spend most of your day typing , specifically entering numbers  
• Answering questions and concerns from cust omers that call in  
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.  

Our I deal C andidate :  

• Confident in their typing – they can be quick but also accurate  
• Has careful attention to detail and has a self-checking process  
• Has an Associate’s degree or has worked in a job that has required data entry of some kind

• Experience working in the automotive, construc tion or agricultural industries
