Job description
When one of our customers decides to have us perform maintenance on their equipment for a specific period of time , they sign documents with us outlining the services we will provide to them. The Customer Support Agreement Coordinator (CSA Coordinator for short) will make sure those documents are maintained within the system so that we can provide the best possible customer service experience.
