Overview
JOB SPECIFICS: - Busy urgent care practice seeks a Family, Urgent or Emergency Medicine physician to serve our well-established practice with a growing patient base in the twin cities of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. The practice currently sees patients at three (3) office locations which are only a few miles apart.
- Practice model includes a combination of APP's and physicians with two providers staffing each location daily.
- Prompt care clinic hours are Mon-Friday, 8am - 8pm with weekend and holiday rotations between the three office locations. A typical shift would be twelve hours, three times a week. There are also opportunities to work extra shifts for additional pay if desired.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal heath programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
