Job description

Accounting & HR Administrator Looking for a detail oriented, problem solver who is good with numbers and customers. You enjoy working with people and finding solutions to issues as they arise with vendors, software, or customers. You’ll be able to utilize accounting, HR, and customer support skills. This is a full time, direct hire, fully onsite role. Responsibilities- Basic HR functions (payroll, personnel files, workers comp, California compliance) AP/AR, invoicing, packing slips, and sales tax Familiarity with basic financial statements such as Profit and loss and Balance sheet. Insurance General office administration and support Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory, etc. Must Haves- Quickbooks Enterprise Payroll HR, hireing, firing, safety Self driven, independent worker CA Sales Tax Manufacturing exp. preferred.
