Job description
Oversee drive and improve manufacturing efficiencies and production for 4 plants by establishing priorities and goals.Assess and execute technical solutions to continuously improve KPIs (P&L Labor Productivity Bottom line) for all locations.Participate in significant projects and communication with current/potential customers; ensuring longterm relationshipsOversee plant management observing and coaching teams while assisting with any staffing production or operational issues.Continuously improve upon and develop SOPs ensuring each site is in compliance with ISO and manufacturing standards.Required skills experience or physicalityMasters Degree (MBA) and Bachelors degree in Engineering degree and 1015 years of experience in plastic injection molding.Thorough experience with evaluating and measuring KPIs (responsible for P&L Inventory Sales Productivity)Ability and willingness to travel to each site on an as needed basis.
