Job description
Kforce has a client in Blue Ash, OH that is seeking a Level 2 Product Manager to join their team on a contract basis
This contract role is budgeted through fiscal year 2024
This person should be located in/around Cincinnati as a preference so they can go into the office once per quarter
Hub cities (Cincinnati, Chicago, Portland, Charlotte, San Jose, Boca Raton) may be considered too, if they can reasonably travel to Cincinnati each quarter.
Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible and accountable for the CX definition and execution of our platform, including a high-profile collaborative third party project
Our platform allows customers to use the app to place customized Deli, Bakery, Floral, and other orders at any time for pick-up at the store
The Product Manager will set a long-term vision for the product, lead the customer experience team through tactical executions, partner with technology to improve system stability, define future state the platform enhancements and be accountable for articulation, and measurement of, value to the customer and business.
