POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Program Manager Non-Tech a remote based position.
- Manage, review, organize and monitor RoB rhythm and follow through with team members related to tasks.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure documentation is current.
- Experience with base understand of Azure, ADO (Azure DevOps) and or agile working team
- Engage with Field, internal stakeholders worldwide, managing meetings, communications, and effective project execution.
- Ability to take meeting notes, communicate status of actions and follow-up on open actions/asks.
- Teams move very FAST need someone who is responsive and has good program management skills
- Drive tasks autonomously and need little direction
- Assess project performance and improve or remove duplications, similarities etc., within
- Resolve project and workstream priorities with stakeholders
- Connect regularly with internal team to review best practices and find efficiencies.
- Doesn’t mind handling details such as organizing meetings, distributing notes, etc.
- Can produce deliverables from the workshops and create presentations.
- Can work independently.
- Create and draft executive communications as needed.
- Build enterprise landing package for RAP (messaging, value prop, execution guidance, readiness guidance, etc.) for “4 legged stool” (Customer, SAP, MSFT, Partners)
- Define co-sell process/tool/reporting business requirement definition and execution
- Align funding models across SAP to help accelerate/unblock customers and partners, along with associated incentives to accelerate consumption
- Create and provide updates to LT on WoW progress
- Provide updates to executive business review, including MBR, QBR, EBR
- Define and execute program GTM motions w/ STU and GPS for RAP execution
- Build readiness, communication/awareness plan for global RAP scope + capability.
- Define FY25 program scale/scope evolution, investments, and rationalization (alongside CSAP, CMF, AMM, etc.)
- Document Expand/Innovate scenarios and complete VBD documentation
- Create and provide updates to LT on CMF WoW progress
- Provide updates to executive business review, including MBR, QBR, EBR, VSU
- Must have 5+ years of high impact experience
- Must have 4+ years of experience with SAP Product Knowledge/
- Must have 5+ years of experience with Organizational Change Management.
- Must have 6+ years of experience with Process and Program Management.
- Must have 3+ years of experience with PowerBI and Visio.

- A competitive pay range of $65/hr-68/hr (depending on experience).
