The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling inside sales duties related to the Körber Pharma as well as providing company-wide internal support.

Your role in our team

• You will support the sales department for new and existing equipment requests
• You will maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales
• You will create and maintain jobs in ERP system
• You will support customer legal agreement approval process
• You will support the CRM sales system
• You will manage administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
• You will maintain sales data regarding metrics, sales figures and other key data
• You will create and process sales orders in a timely matter
• You will maintain sales document templates
• You will offer support to the service team as needed
• You will work with the finance team on a monthly basis to review customer activities

Your profile

• You have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Your Associates degree in Business or related field is preferred. 
• Your 5 years of applicable business experience is preferred.
• You have CRM experience.
