Job description
The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the financial operations of the court to include procuring supplies, equipment, miscellaneous services, and assists in performing day-to-day building management issues.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES -
The successful candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years of specialized experience. Progressively responsible clerical or administrative experience that is in, or closely related to, the work of the position and which has demonstrated the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the position's duties successfully and involves the routine use of automated software and keyboarding for word processing, data entry and report generation. For example: Financial Technician: progressively responsible clerical or administrative experience that provided knowledge of the rules, regulations, practices, and principles of financial administration and/or accounting; and involved the routine use of automated financial and accounting systems or other computer-based systems and applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, or databases.
Must have a professional demeanor, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable to high professional standards, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communications skills.
