Job description
Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: South East Florida area (occasional travel - home on weekends)
Salary: $90K-$120K + bonus and benefits!
Requirements: 5+ years of commercial experience
- Running the day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Maintaining a safe work site and certify that all company safety protocols are followed
- Leading the overall construction effort in accordance with design, quality, and schedule while representing the company with professionalism
- Directing and leading the onsite foreman & make onsite decisions
- Clearly communicating the plan and directive with the foreman & subcontractors
- Developing the work schedule with the project manager & maintain and lead discussion of a two-week look ahead
- Communicating daily with the Construction Operations Manager about schedules and resources needed
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of commercial experience
- Ground-up construction
- Retail, convenience stores, car washes, restaurants, etc.
