We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager for the BSSe Transformation program who is well-versed in complex software development and the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing strategy, inspecting, leading and managing complex initiatives and investment that are facilitated by the Agile Release Train (ART), and driving the delivery of value through teams and Agile Program management.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your program management experience to coordinate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains, to ensure efficient execution of portfolio objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and analyze business value.
Drive decisions with business and technical leaders on work priority and sequencing based on business value. Work within the guidance of the Solution and Agile Release Train (ART) structure and coordinate with teams on program-level processes, roles, duties, and artifacts to ensure strategy and execution alignment (via tools like Portfolio Canvas and Roadmaps).
Facilitate the resolution of impediments and manage risk. Lead Ops Model shift and drive program-level continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve through tools like Program Kanban.
Facilitate the ART events and processes, assisting teams in delivering value and coordinating with stakeholders to optimize the value stream. Facilitate portfolio governance, Lean budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring resources are optimally allocated.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation, using SAFe principles. Oversee the intake of demand requests, ensuring they are logged accurately within the Enterprise One system.
Prioritize demand requests based on strategic alignment, business impact, and available resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine demand request requirements. Utilize Enterprise One system to track and report on demand request status, outcomes, and resource allocation. Analyze demand request trends and provide insights to help shape strategic planning and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of demand requests from inception to completion. Act as the point of contact for all demand management-related queries and issues within the Enterprise One system.
Job Contribution:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5-8 years of proven experience in a program management role in an Agile environment. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is highly preferred.
Proven experience in demand management, preferably within an Enterprise One environment. Proficiency in the use of Enterprise One or similar project management software.

Our Lead Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00., Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
