WHAT DOES A SOFTWARE ENGINEER - DEVELOPER DO?
As a Software Engineer - Developer, you get to work alongside a team of talented tech engineers to specify and verify machine and cell automation software. You help develop new HMI applications based on the latest technology for machine visualizations. Working closely with the mechanical engineering and hardware planning teams, you ensure seamless integration of automation tasks. You also maintain the cell/machine and its documentation during the product life cycle.
Your role involves leading external resources regarding specifications and schedules, as well as training customer service, sales, and application tech during development projects. To top it off, you support engineering, sales, and customer service throughout the product life cycle. You even get to travel up to 30% of the time, including international trips! You love being involved in the technology world - this fulfilling engineering position is definitely for you!
