Phenomenal organization with great growth potential is looking for Senior Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure integrity of accounting information by completing monthly accounting close procedures and related deliverables (maintaining general ledger, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, reports and variance analyses) in accordance with GAAP .

Collaborate with the assistant controller to prepare and distribute monthly financial statements, management reporting packages, departmental spending reports and quarterly financials for bank compliance.

Oversee AP, AR, and payroll entries.

Support the company treasury operations by monitoring daily cash activity and preparing bank reconciliations.

Oversee the recording of monthly company credit card expenses ensuring the consistency of coding to the annual budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s’ degree in Accounting, or Finance

Highly detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality

Practical knowledge of accounting software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, a plus.

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees

Proficient with MS – Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups

Strong analytical skills Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), GAAP Accounting, US GAAP , Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable (AR), Journal Entries, Month End Close, Variance Analysis
