RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for performing Fitness Evaluations on potential clients.
- Management of TrueCoach which is our online platform to manage our clients.
- Reach out to potential clients weekly by eitehr calling, emailing, or meeting in person to scheudle Fitness Evaluation.
- Greeting patients, clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Teach and monitor clients performing exercises
- Accurate and efficient sales package entry, scheduling and client profile creation into Mindbody.
- Working with the front desk staff to optimize fitness evaluation process.
- Disinfect and maintain facility and equipment
- Recording of videos for marketing
- Regularly communicate with clients, staff, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree
- CPT Certification
- CSCS preferred
- Previous Experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
