Basic Function and Responsibilities:

As an Operations Site lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the assigned campus/site. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks to support both students and staff. Your role will encompass tasks such as student registration, communication with high school personnel, room scheduling, coordinating IT support, inventory management, and more. You will also handle inquiries and provide assistance to students, making their experience at Oakton as seamless as possible.

Additional Information:

1-2 positions needed for work in the evenings, off campus at the following locations: Niles North HS, Evanston Twp. HS, Maine East HS

Schedule - Mon-Thu 5:30pm - 10pm 19 hours per week.

Hourly - $21.59

Prior to employment applicant must successfully complete a background check.
