(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Family Practice Opportunity Driving Distance to Chicago and Indianapolis!

The Health Network has multiple positions for BC/BE family medicine physicians located near Ft Wayne, IN. to join hospital affiliated groups. Our hospitals currently have open positions. Opportunities in both rural and city locations, start up locations and existing practice opportunities available. ER call is not required; some practice call; outpatient only or traditional family medicine is optional. OB is also optional.

*Certain office locations will support J1 Visas.

*Hospital bylaws require board certification within 5 years of completing residency.
