Job description

The Mutual Group (TMG) is a comprehensive, integrated insurance operations platform dedicated to helping mutual insurance companies. We offer access to a modern, professional operating platform, including surplus support, technology, claims, underwriting, finance and a broad range of other resources for our members. We’re new, and we’re growing!

Facility Services provides a variety of operations such as landscape maintenance and building maintenance that is consistent with customer expectations and department operating procedures at the 1111 and 1025 buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Provides miscellaneous facility-related repairs.
• Maintains facility interior and exterior related repairs and general upkeep.
• Perform mowing and plant care to ensure optimum life and beauty.
• Landscape maintenance.

• Knowledge of common and complex concepts, practices and procedures within the facilities field.
• Strong work ethic that shows enthusiasm, energy and commitment and is consistent with the defined values of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent thinker.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Ideal candidates have:

• 3.00+ cumulative GPA.
• High School/College Student Preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a facility/grounds operation.
• Willingness to work part time.

Pay: $18 to $20/hour (Commensurate with experience and college level)

*The successful candidate will initially be hired as an employee of GuideOne Insurance Company and automatically become an employee of TMG on the company's official transition date.
