Offensive Cyber Readiness Analyst
Position Summary:
The role entails leading Total Force Integration for AF Offensive Cyber Operations, managing relationships and structures within AFRC and ANG units, and ensuring readiness for cyber operations. Responsibilities include trend analysis, action plan development, mobilization oversight, and alignment of training and resource documentation with high-level directives. Candidates must have a current TS/SCI eligibility, extensive experience in military readiness, and Guard/Reserve force mobilization. Proficiency in standardization and evaluation processes, operational planning, and execution within the Air Force framework, as well as strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, is required.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for Total Force Integration to support AF offensive cyberspace operations.
- Oversee the establishment and management of classic associate unit relationships and organizational structures.
- Conduct regular training for AFRC and ANG units.
- Identify and report on trends affecting TFI relationships.
- Serve as a readiness monitor for Offensive Cyber units.
- Analyze unit trends using DRSS/ART/SORT and develop action plans to address systemic issues.
- Oversee AFRC and ANG mobilizations for OCO requirements and brief leadership on mobilization status.
- Modify and create DOC statements, Task Lists, Measures of Performance, and Unit Type Codes in line with HHQ directives.
- Annually review and adjust UTC posturing for OCO units.
- Review and endorse MPA requests from OCO units.
- Manage MAJCOM-level deployment reclamas and subordinate unit reclamas for OCO force deployment.
- Advise on the sourcing of OCO forces for annual deployment/employment requirements.
- Establish a battle rhythm with key military stakeholders for sourcing solutions.
- Develop and validate organizational structures for mission execution efficiency.
- Review, validate, and endorse OCR and ACR for unit changes.
- Ensure stan/eval programs comply with relevant AFIs and ACCMANs.
- Coordinate with ACC/A3TV for SAVs to review and improve unit evaluation structures.
- Manage the implementation of stan/eval program enhancements.
- Monitor stan/eval reporting, identify trends, and manage solutions for performance deficiencies.
- Have extensive knowledge of AF offensive cyberspace operations and Total Force Integration.
- Have experience in developing and managing unit relationships and structures within AFRC and ANG.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret readiness data and implement improvement plans.
- Proven track record of managing complex military projects and mobilizations.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with military leadership and stakeholders.
- Competency in drafting operational documents and structural adaptations.
- Familiarity with military standardization and evaluation processes and compliance measures.
- Problem-solving aptitude and efficiency in executing solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have current TS/SCI eligibility.
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience with military unit readiness reporting and policy.
- Minimum of two (2) years managing Guard and/or Reserve force posturing and mobilization
- Experience with Air Force Standardization/Evaluation principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting Stan/Eval policy and guidance.
- Experience with UTC development, DOC Statements, DRRS, SORTS, taskings, reclamas and other Functional Area Manager responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of AFI 10-201 Force Readiness and AFI 10-401 Air Force Operations Planning and Execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
