Targets:

Physics and engineering simulators
Must understand the math and be performant of this
Will be doing so fast
If they have a lot of applications/processes that they have worked on previously, they will most likely not do well
C++ is number 1
10-14 years of experience
Financial acumen is not necessary, they can pick it up on the job
Must know linear algebra
Implement algorithm and do so fast
Computer science focused
Undergrad in physics or math
These people are primarily problem solvers
Day to Day:

Heads down in math library
They will be taking major portions of the math library and have major ownership of this.
