What We're Looking For

Susco Solutions is in search of a motivated Technical Lead Developer ready to elevate their career. We seek a candidate with proven leadership and robust technical skills.

Requirements

7 years of web development experience
Proficiency in database schema design and analysis
Strong skills in complex SQL queries and operations
Proficiency in a server-side language such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP
Proficiency in JavaScript
Proficiency in team Git branch management
Experience with common integration protocols (SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, IMAP)
Experience with legacy system conversions
Basic understanding of networking and operating systems administration (Connectivity Troubleshooting, DNS/SSL Certificates, Active Directory)
Elicitation of requirements from non-technical business users
Conceptual design of systems based on business requirements
Technical lead role through the SDLC
Adaptability to rapidly changing environments
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to drive medium-sized projects to completion in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities: PM/Client Coordination

Collaborate closely with the project manager to lead 500+ hour projects
Assist in developing scope documents and budgets for new work
Create WBS/tasks to accomplish project requirements
Ensure accurate time and progress data in the project management system
Communicate with clients, including Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Internal IT

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership

Adhere to internal documentation standards
Manage Git branches and pull requests
Ensure development adheres to architectural and coding standards
Ensure team work is performed within budget

Responsibilities: Software Development

Application development, primarily ASP.NET (C#.NET)
Requirements analysis
Database design and maintenance
