Our client is a fabrication shop who offers design, fabrication and complete field installation services for industries including wood products, pulp and paper, chemical, food processing, and many others. Working with their organization, you’ll be exposed to different types of projects, gain hands-on experience, and weld products for some of the countries largest companies and industries.
Perks and Benefits:- Competitive Compensation - $33 /hr - $38 /hr, depending on your direct experience + per diem + lodging expenses
- Travel opportunities! This position requires traveling 2-3 weeks a month.
- Working on the road 7 days a week/ 10 hour shifts is typical
- When at home, you'll work 5 days a week 10 hour days
- You'll receive:
- Sub assistance for expenses like lodging = $ 140 per day
- Per diem = $50 a day
- Overtime hours available = 1.5x pay!

What we're looking for:- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience working in project management
- Previous construction experience with pre-engineered metal is highly preferred
- The ability to travel and work extended hours
- Must be a strong team player- work with other Project Managers to report and resolve issues on job sites, ensure projects are completed on time, and communicate with other Project Managers as needed
- You must value safety
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Please note, this position is based in Sandy, Oregon. Traveling is required 2-3 weeks a month. - If you are not local to Sandy, Oregon, the position requires the ability to relocate
- A D1.1 Welding certification is a plus, but not required
