Title: Construction Manager – Luxury Residential (Ocala, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To manage all aspects of construction and development of luxury residential homes $5M+?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Managed several ground-up residential projects with an accompanying project portfolio/list
- Thorough understanding of current residential building codes
- Experience with current residential construction methods and framing assemblies
- Proficiency in blueprint and design interpretation, demonstrating exceptional comprehension abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Organizing and managing teams to ensure timely completion of construction projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and stakeholders, coordinating with specialists, and conducting regular client meetings to manage project scope and budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, implementing strategic plans, and optimizing daily operations to ensure project efficiency and successful delivery

COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $150,000 - $165,000
