Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing relationships, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue. You will play a key role in developing our client base and ensuring our customers needs are met.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and developing relationships with customers. This will include cold calling, coordinating meetings, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. You will also be in charge of managing a ream of business Development Representatives to sales targets and KPIs.

What You Need for this Position

6+ years sales experience
2+ years experience leading a sales team
Experience selling to C-level clients
Experience cold calling, setting meetings, tracking leads
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads
Bachelors Degree required in business, marketing, or related field

$60,000 - $70,000 annually + uncapped commissions
