The VP, Industrial Marketing will lead the development and execution of the holistic marketing plan for Stratasys’ Global Industrial Business Unit’s portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of annual marketing plan to drive demand creation, PR, and thought leadership globally for Stratasys’ Industrial Business Unit.
Create and execute integrated campaigns (on/offline) targeting manufacturing applications in the Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and General Manufacturing markets.
Assemble and lead the best-in-industry marketing team consisting of Vertical Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Creation, and Project Management.
Partner with Product Management in understanding market needs and positioning in order to craft proper outbound communication plan per target market and persona.
Be a key participant in both PLCM and PLP processes delivering on-time, comprehensive and effective NPI campaigns, including online, offline and sale enablement assets.
Responsible for the team that develops, maintains and publishes digital marketing assets on Stratasys.com, reseller portal and related sites including by not limited to – webpages, landing pages, blog, gated assets & forms and other content for social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, key customers, Resellers, and industry partners.
Support regional demand generation teams on activation and effectiveness of Manufacturing segment and Manufacturing product campaigns. Monitor, report on and improve marketing results and effectiveness
Partner with Corporate Marketing to capture cross-company synergies while ensuring alignment on brand messaging, marketing execution methodologies, and platforms leveraged.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related degree.
10+ years of Marketing or related experience in global B2B technology or manufacturing related companies.
5+ years of Marketing leadership experience with demonstrated ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams with global responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to differentiate company or division portfolio in competitive marketplace, introduce innovative marketing initiatives to drive demand creation, and leverage digital approaches to create competitive advantage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Interest in 3D Printing and/or Advanced Manufacturing
Strong communication skills and ability to represent company with external media opportunities
Demonstrated experience working in a global matrix management environment
M.S degree in engineering or MBA education is a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25% (including international)
