Position Summary

Points North, the leading software company in the compliance and reporting space, is seeking an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will support the entire IT and infrastructure of our company. Your main responsibility will be to provide IT support for our employees. You will also assist the IT Manager with other aspects of our IT and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
•Support existing technologies and infrastructure
•Support security and compliance (SOC2 and CCPA)
•Support the company network
•Handle employee hardware and software issues
•Miscellaneous IT duties as assigned

Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
•Proven work experience as an IT Specialist (1-2 years preferred)
•Experience with all Microsoft 365 applications
•Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure
