Essential Qualifications:
The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:
- Dedication to providing exceptional seafood experiences for customers, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Possess extensive knowledge of seafood products, including varieties, freshness indicators, and proper handling techniques.
- Foster a positive team environment, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers to ensure accurate orders, address inquires, and create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced seafood environment, managing fluctuations in customer traffic while maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Previous experience in customer service/ retail/ hospitality is preferred, with demonstrated ability to engage customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
