SAIC is seeking a Remote 405d Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing HHS team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day meetings, events, and communications from/among the 405(d) Task Groups.
• Manage the Task Group onboarding process for the 405(d) program.
• Coordinate with Healthcare and Public Health Sector Coordinating Council (HSCC) regarding 405(d) Task Group membership.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage in-person/virtual official Task Group Sessions.
• Track new members and changes of current Task Group members.
• Manage wave working sessions by leading meetings, tracking attendance, capturing meeting notes, and action items.
• Act as a liaison for the 405(d) Program and the task group by using good communication skills to interact with Task Group members and coordinate meetings and working documents.
• Manage the 405(d) Mailbox.
• Provide continuous updates to the client on Task Group management, product development and potential risks.
• Creation of cybersecurity content for federal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct cybersecurity quality control/reviews.
• Ensure all 405(d) content aligns with current Health Industry Cybersecurity Practices (HICP) and cybersecurity policies and practices.
• Work with developer to upload cybersecurity documents to the 405(d) website, and conduct access management of new and existing members within the Task Group Portal.
• Manages Salesforce in new member account creation.
• Provide SME feedback on cybersecurity related documents, including updates to NIST publications.
• Provide real-world examples of the effects of vulnerabilities within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors and 8 years of relevant experience. May accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Cybersecurity certification is highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- 5 years of relevant marketing, communications, and/or public relations experience.
- Knowledge of federal organizations (such as CISA, NIST, and DHS).
- Knowledge of and experience in healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of the HICP document preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- ATO experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proven history of strong project management.
Desired Qualifications:
- HHS stated that contractor knowledge and expertise on laws, mandates, legislation, noted below, is preferred. (HHS cybersecurity risk management activities and partnerships are based on numerous laws and mandates, including but not limited to, Executive Order 13800, Cybersecurity Act of 2015, FISMA, Executive Orders 13636 and 13691, PPD-21).
- Comparative knowledge of organizational approaches to risk and applying the most appropriate one to a given situation, in accordance with federal governance.
- Accounting experience and knowledge of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Project Management Software
- (SIC)2 Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)
- ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- NIST CSF LI
Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
