Job Description

GreenSeasons is currently hiring full time working Team Leaders with great opportunities of advancement. Must have capabilities of directing the crew to complete the assigned tasks in a safe professional manor through safety training and best practices in operations within the time allocated by your supervisor.

Primary Accountabilities and/or Functions:

• Insure safe practices thru training and following BMP
• Manage the crew
• Driving Company Vehicle

• Check with customer for special request
• Getting daily sheet signed by customer
• Clean and maintain equipment

• Monitor trucks fluids, tire pressure, lights etc.
• Keep trucks clean
• Fill out Daily timesheets
• Keep crew on task
• Keep within budget hours

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Consent to a DOT Physical and Drug screen
• Ability to give clear directions to crew members
• Must master the knowledge of all tools and equipment used for the job
• Must be able to communicate with customer
• Basic understanding of the use and effect of standard landscape chemicals
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to work Normal workdays M-F, shift varies 6:00am-5:30pm (with required overtime during growing season)
