Job description

As a Deposits Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in developing and implementing effective deposit management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the client to define and set proper system settings and parameters for Deposit jobs and products
- Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality and DNA Deposit products with client's product specifications
- Manage/resolve service cases relating to the Deposit Doman, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team
- Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues in the Deposit domain
- Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
- Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion
- Write and executer SQL scripts to index information or to update database fields
- Conduct support and training sessions with converting clients
- Responsible to assist client in testing any applicable custom code in the Deposit domain
- Provide support to other Implementation Consultant roles as needed
Requirements
- 1+ years DNA core system experience
- 5+ Years in subject area of expertise within the financial industry or other Core implementation experience
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience working with internal and external clients
- The ability to travel on average of 40%-50%, this may include weekend and holidays
- Experience to execute on deliverables on time, troubleshooting issues by utilizing analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS office tools
- Experience with SQL
