Mission Multiplier is currently looking for a Systems Analyst to support our air force government client. The Systems Analyst will provide expertise in the formulation of FMxC2 (G081) scope and objectives, translates FMxC2 functional business processes requirements into effective and viable system capabilities needed to meet global command and control requirements, implements strategic guidance as outlined by USAF and ensures the technical solutions are compliant with Department of Defense (DoD), United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), USAF, MAJCOMS, and joint architecture and integration goals to effectively execute its worldwide assigned missions to meet their mission responsibilities, successfully integrate IT into the overall logistics processes, including support systems and functions. The contractor shall provide services at AF locations in CONUS and OCONUS installations, and at DISA locations in addition to Scott AFB, Illinois. There will be locations that support can be performed remotely, while hands on support will be performed with Temporary Duty Locations (TDY's).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for technology, policy, and system integration recommendations utilizing an in-depth, sequential process demonstration of the implementation of each policy and/or IT infrastructure recommendation and potential impact to aircraft launches and/or generation.
- Identify, research, plan, facilitate, analyze, develop, validate, test, manage and recommend business processes in support of Air Force global logistics efforts and coordinate solutions with Air Force Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), USTRANSCOM, Component Commanders, and MAJCOM system engineers and programmers.
- Assist with the migration of all CAF aircraft, supporting equipment, Pods, and missiles (both ALCM, ICBM to include support equipment and launch facilities) into the FMxC2 system.
- Collects and analyzes complex information from system users and formulates the scope, objectives and solutions for systems interface needs with limited supervision.
- Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions for FMxC2 and associated Command and Control (C2) systems.
- Conducts advanced form design and layout activities with limited guidance from manager.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Performs preparation of FMxC2 and interfacing systems specifications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of FMxC2 systems.
- Creates or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to the FMxC2 program.
- Performs detailed analysis, testing, e.g., System Interoperability Testing (SIT) and C2 systems design.
- Participate in FMxC2 Program meetings with Senior Leadership.
- Establish, maintain, and administer an integrated data management system for collection, control, publishing, and delivery of all program documents (Task Order deliverables, White Papers, Status Reports, Audit Reports, Agendas, Presentation Materials, Minutes, Contract Letters, and Task Order Proposals).
Required Qualifications :
- Must possess an active DOD Secret Clearance
- Must have a BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience (or equivalent)
- Practical knowledge of FMxC2 (G081) obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- Experience with AMC's C2 systems associated with FMxC2, e.g., MEIS, GDSS
Desired Qualifications :
- HQ Staff/Report writing experience.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers, and support personnel.
- Ability to work in a team and self-directed work environment.
