Job description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests and maintaining knowledge of our products and services.
- Base Pay + Commissions+ Bonus Opportunities (based on experience)
- MUST BE LICENSED
- Currently hold a Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines License or Life and Health License.

Responsibilities . Handle incoming calls from customers.
. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
. Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries
Requirements - Currently hold a Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines License or Life and Health License.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)
- Quick Learner and a team player.
- Committed to growth.
- Must pass credit and background check.
