Job description
Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one FOH shift lead to join our strong team. We are located on 555 G St, San Diego, CA 92101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Pay range
Guaranteed pay $19.00 /h with tips: $17.50/hrs + tips
(usually average around $23-$25/h with tips )
Responsibilities includes:
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and paper towels.
- Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Have barista Skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso…
- Receive guest payments and process transactions.
- Place end of day orders on our online platforms
- Make crepes & sandwiches
- Opening and Closing
- side work before or after your shift
- delegate to your baristas
- place daily food orders
- handle customer complaints
- End of day cash report
