Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a digital media designer for the company's public internet site and to support other digital marketing initiatives. Your Responsibilities:

• Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including website pages, email templates, social media graphics, informative ebooks, and display advertising
• Prepare briefs and wireframes for projects and present design ideas to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and business leaders to ensure that all designs align with brand image, while also meting usability and website standards
• Ensure consistency in design and content across all company platforms
• Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
• Work with website developers and paid ads specialists to oversee the smooth implementation of design concepts
• Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
• Analyze data and results to maximize return on investment for paid advertising campaigns
• Keep current on project status; make sure people are aware of project status and what they need to do to keep things moving; elevate project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate
• Establish positive and collaborative relationships across departments that are strategically aligned with company website goals
• Provide high level direction to team members in the creation of marketing campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned
You Must Have:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Digital Design, Graphic Design or related field and two or more years of experience as a digital designer
• Experience producing digital designs for website pages and a variety of digital media channels, including social media, display advertising, email templates, and digital eBooks
• A portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity
• Solid knowledge of industry-standard design software programs for creation and prototyping such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
• Experience working closely with website developers and copywriters on digital marketing campaigns
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes, handle frequent interruptions, and refocus efforts as needed based on changing priorities
• Good communication and team skills
• Ability to listen to the requirements of team members and stakeholders and translate them into great solutions
We Would Also Prefer:
• Strong skills in creating engaging designs optimized for digital channels
• Good project management skills; the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Ability to understand our organization's buyers, their unique needs and pain points, and the ability to create designs and concepts that engage that audience
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Strong research skills
• Experience working with video and effects editing software like Premier Pro and After Effects
• Experience designing mobile apps
